At least 9.5 ft, or 10 ft if you add a topper.

Does it come with lights?

No. About 400–600 mini lights suit a 9 ft slim tree.

Does the flocking shed?

A little during setup, then it settles.

Can I use it outside?

No. It's designed for indoor use only.
