How setup works
From box to glowing
Here's exactly what happens after it arrives.

Unbox
Your tree arrives packed in its box. Everything included is listed under "In the box".

Build
Set up the stand and fit the tree into it. The hinged branches drop into place as you go.

Shape
Assemble from the bottom section up, then fluff each tip outward. Allow 15–30 minutes (longer for 9 ft). For the flocked tree, set up on a sheet, since a little flocking can fall during setup.

Light up
Switch it on. The lights are already on the branches, so there's nothing to untangle.
- 5
Enjoy, then store
Enjoy it all season. After Christmas, fold the branches up, pack it away for next year.

About this product
What does flocked mean?
The branch tips are coated with a white, snow-like finish for a wintry look.
Which size should I choose?
Leave at least 6 in. between the top of the tree and the ceiling. For an 8 ft ceiling, 7.5 ft is the largest that fits.
How wide is each size?
About 31.5 in. (4.5 ft), 39.4 in. (6 ft), 49.2 in. (7.5 ft) and 57.9 in. (9 ft).
Can I change the light effect?
Yes. Press the controller button to cycle through 8 modes.
Can I use it outside?
No. It's designed for indoor use only.

When will my order arrive?
Your order usually arrives in 4–10 business days and ships with a tracking number. You'll see an estimate next to the Add to cart button and at checkout.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order before our Christmas cut-off date (shown next to the Add to cart button) for the best chance of delivery before December 25.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add a gift note in the cart.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you and a 10% restocking fee applies. Contact us first to start a return.
